- Develop and implement innovative HR strategies to support Linaheim Corporate Services Inc's business goals in the dynamic Human Resources & Recruitment industry.
- Manage full recruitment cycles, ensuring a quality candidate experience.
- Provide comprehensive HR support, including performance management, employee relations, and training initiatives.
- Stay abreast of changing legal HR-related requirements and best practices to effectively risk-manage employment practices.
- Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives and foster a collaborative work environment.
Persyaratan :
Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
Experience Level:
- Open to Fresh Graduates/Students who are eager to start a career in Human Resources
Skills and Competencies:
- Must be computer literate, proficient with HR software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Providing support in various HR functions such as recruitment, training, and employee relations
- Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintaining employee records and documents
- Participating in the development of HR initiatives and systems
Working Conditions:
- Office setting, typically Monday to Friday
- May require occasional overtime during peak HR activities
