Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to customer calls.
- Identify customer needs and provide assistance.
- Answer questions clearly and accurately.
- Help customers resolve basic concerns.
- Record call information in the company system.
- Follow customer service procedures.
- Escalate issues when additional assistance is required.
Qualifications
- No previous experience required.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Willing to undergo training.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
