Customer Service Representative

Job Description / Duties:

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns regarding shipments and logistics services.
• Coordinate with customers regarding booking, shipment schedules, delivery status, and required documents.
• Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments, overseas branches, warehouses, trucking providers, and other logistics partners.
• Assist in preparing and checking shipping and logistics documentation.
• Coordinate with operations regarding customs clearance, delivery, warehouse, and shipment requirements.
• Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records, shipment information, and related reports.
• Assist the sales team by providing customer and shipment-related information, quotations, and other support when needed.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and ensure quality customer service.
