• Handle inbound calls from customers requesting roadside assistance.
• Coordinate with service providers to dispatch the appropriate roadside support.
• Provide timely updates and accurate information to customers.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Document customer interactions and service requests accurately.

Qualifications:

• College Level or Undergraduate (College graduates are also welcome to apply.)
• At least 6 months of BPO or Customer Service experience is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in roadside assistance, insurance, travel, or emergency support is an advantage.
