Description
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference.
- Support back office operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language proficiency, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle customer requests and escalate issues when necessary.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude.
