Join our team as a Customer Care Representative! You’ll support customers through phone, email, and chat by answering questions, explaining product details, and helping resolve technical concerns. To succeed in this role, you should be a confident communicator, an attentive listener, and comfortable with basic computer tasks.
Main Responsibilities
Handle inbound phone calls regarding account details, product information, and order updates.
Explain company policies, service offerings, and account options clearly to clients.
Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues in a calm, professional manner.
Resolve concerns promptly, aiming to fix issues on the initial contact.
Maintain clean and accurate records of all customer interactions and account changes.
Qualifications
SH/SHS Grad
Willing to work on site
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
