We are looking for customer-focused and English-proficient individuals to join our Travel & Hospitality Account as a Customer Service Representative. The role involves assisting customers with travel-related concerns, providing accurate information, handling inquiries, and delivering a positive customer experience through voice interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional assistance.
• Address customer inquiries regarding travel and hospitality services.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns.
• Assist with reservations, booking-related inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and other travel concerns as required.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward effective resolution.
• Maintain a courteous, professional, and customer-focused approach throughout every interaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Meet established performance, attendance, and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or equivalent.
• Non-BPO work experience is required.
• Good English communication skills, with a minimum CEFR B2 level.
• Comfortable handling voice-based customer interactions.
• Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented and able to remain professional when handling challenging situations.
• Willing to work on-site in McKinley West, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required by the account.
