Qualifications
- At least Senior High School Graduate
- Minimum 1-year BPO experience
- Customer Service experience required
- Must have voice/international account experience
- Good English communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Willing to work onsite, if required
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from international customers.
- Assist customers with insurance-related inquiries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information regarding policies, benefits, and services.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Follow company procedures and maintain customer confidentiality.
- Meet quality and productivity targets.
