- Prepare tender documents, contract, budgets, bill of quantities and other documentation.
- Measure the value of work done on site, track changes to the design and/or construction.
- Work and adjust budget projects accordingly, Lease with the client and other construction professionals, such as managers, project manager and site engineer.
- Analyze existing budgets and making improvements, reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates, negotiating with various constructors and vendors.
- Draw up projected budgets.
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Scrutinizing maintenance and materials costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
