Pricing Officer

Job description:

We are looking for a strategic Pricing/Project Quotations Officer who will be responsible in providing suppliers information on product inquiries and quotations direct from our international suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Handles quotes or inquiries of product direct from our international suppliers.
• Assists the organization in understanding how to use pricing to help drive key strategic and tactical business objectives.
• Directly communicates with international/global suppliers.
• Ensures up-to-date on the pricing market of products.
• Reviews and responds to daily inquiries of products.
• Knowledgeable in warrant claims and familiarity in basic accounting principles
• Update the pricing of suppliers on a timely manner and disseminate information across the business unit.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course
• At least 2 years of relevant industry experience
• Knowledge of MS Office Applications like MS Outlook and Excel
• General understanding in the quotation process and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical and statistical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global suppliers and top management.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
