Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records of customer issues and resolutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve customer complaints effectively.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong customer service skills, and basic technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain professionalism.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
