Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service and support in resolving inquiries and issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing customer accounts.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
