Call Center Representative

Role Description

The Call Center Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati. In this position, the representative handles inbound and outbound calls to present products or services, respond to customer inquiries, and identify sales opportunities. Daily tasks include following sales scripts and guidelines, explaining features and benefits, addressing concerns, and guiding customers through the purchase or enrollment process. The role involves meeting or exceeding sales quotas, maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions in the system, and adhering to call center policies and quality standards. The representative collaborates with team members and supervisors, participates in regular coaching or training sessions, and provides feedback on customer needs and market trends.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.
• Minimum of 6 Months experience in BPO setting.
• Candidates should possess sales and customer service skills, such as consultative selling, objection handling, relationship building, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Candidates should possess organizational and productivity skills, including time management, attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured processes and meet performance targets.
• Candidates should possess technical and computer skills, including basic proficiency with call center systems, CRM tools, and common office software.
• Candidates should possess adaptability and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Previous experience in call center, telesales, or related roles is an advantage but not always required; willingness to learn and attend training is essential.
• Availability to work full-time on-site in Makati, including potential shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as required by business needs.
• Completion of secondary education is required; further education in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.
