Account Specialist

If you have the ability to reach out to potential customer, serve the existing customers and close sales for a client, then you are the best person for this job. To be successful in this position, you must have effective communication and persuasive skills to form good business relationship with customers/clients. You must be service oriented to ensure customer satisfaction and customer concerns are resolved in a timely manner.

What are we looking for?

• Experience working with customer support and/or lead generation an advantage
• Ability to quickly understand client’s need and tactfully address challenges and concerns
• Must have a positive attitude and be solutions-oriented
• Must have completed at least 2 years of tertiary education
• Exceptional active listening, verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone voice
• Comfortable using computers and working knowledge in MS Office and MS Excel
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
