Description

• Interact with customers via phone to provide information and resolve issues.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Efficiently manage multiple calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Log customer interactions and feedback in the system for record-keeping.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and following up with customers as needed.

Requirements

• Experience Level: 0–2 years.
