- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the travel and hospitality sector.
- Assist customers with inquiries and bookings for travel arrangements.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level:Entry-level (0–2 years).
- Skills and Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
