Description
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Document all interactions in the company database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer service.
