Description
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues through effective problem-solving strategies.
- Document customer interactions in the system for future reference.
- Support back-office operations as required, ensuring smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, proficient in English, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage time effectively.
