- Process and verify supplier invoices, billing statements, and payment requests.
- Prepare and process Accounts Payable vouchers.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Prepare checks, bank transfers, and other payment documents.
- Maintain accurate Accounts Payable records and filing systems.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance, and other departments regarding invoice-related concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
