The Accounting Officer is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role supports financial planning and helps maintain the integrity of financial data.

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related course
• At least 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Manage and monitor daily accounting transactions
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
• Support internal and external audits
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records
• Coordinate with other departments on financial matters
• Experience with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
