Account Officer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• With 1–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 or Google Workspace
• Familiar with social media platforms and task management tools such as ClickUp
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the main coordinator between FMC Advertising Department and MSC
• Handle communication for marketing campaigns, promotions, and material requests
• Coordinate product details, approvals, photos, videos, and campaign requirements
• Track campaign requests and ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Maintain accuracy and consistency of marketing information and materials
• Coordinate with other FMC companies when needed
