Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager

Salary Range: ₱45,000–₱50,000, depending on qualifications; CPA is preferred

Work Schedule: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

JOB SUMMARY

The Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the Company's finance and accounting functions, ensuring effective financial planning, cost management, reporting, internal controls, and continuous process improvement. The position provides financial analysis and recommendations to the CEO and supports management in making sound business and financial decisions.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL

ATTAINMENT:

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

GOVERNMENT LICENSURE:

CPA is preferred but

not required.

EXPERIENCE:

At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting,

preferably with supervisory or managerial exposure.

*Experience using QuickBooks (QB) and QNE accounting systems is preferred.

*Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and cash flow management.

*Knowledge and experience in developing financial policies, internal controls,

and process improvements.

*Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

*Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting and financial systems.

*Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

*Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and provide sound financial

recommendations to senior management.
