Account Payable Manager

The AP Manager leads the overall accounts payable function, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across systems, processes, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end AP operations across invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations
• Lead, mentor, and develop Team Leads and AP staff
• Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and company requirements
• Drive automation and process optimization initiatives
• Manage high-level vendor relationships and dispute resolution
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, and senior stakeholders
• Deliver insights through reporting, analytics, and performance metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 4–7+ years of experience in AP or finance operations
• At least 4–5 years in a managerial role
• Strong background in shared services/BPO or multinational environment
• Proven leadership and transformation experience
• Advanced ERP and process improvement expertise

Employment Type: Project-based (6 months)
