Role: Accounting Representative

Working location: Ayala Ave, Bel-Air Barangay, Makati City

Working Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Requirements:

• 8-10 years of accounting experience     
• Open for CPA and Non-CPA
• With experience working in consulting firm, law firm or accounting/auditing firm is advantage

Job Scope:   

• Handle business permits, licenses, and coordinate with government authorities.       
• Oversee tax compliance including VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax filings.
• Lead and execute end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Supervise daily accounting activities, including store sales and rent-related transactions.
• Review and approve expense payment requests with proper documentation.
• Execute overseas supplier payments and fund transfers.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting, including variance analysis.     
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to HQ.
• Act as the main point of contact for external and internal audits.
• Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and perform account reconciliations.
• Develop, update, and implement internal accounting policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Support implementation and improvement of accounting systems (ERP).
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
• Reports to Japanese Administration Manager (Philippines) and Accounting Manager (Malaysia)
