Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

Process billing, collections, and bank reconciliations

Ensure timely filing and compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG requirements

Prepare and submit tax returns and other statutory reports

Assist in payroll processing and monitoring of employee benefits

Monitor company expenses and budget utilization

Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation

Assist in audit preparation and respond to audit findings

Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field

Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), but not required

At least 1–3 years of relevant work experience (construction industry is an advantage)

Knowledgeable in Philippine taxation and government compliance

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Good communication and interpersonal skills
