Accountant

Job Description  

·        Preparation, monitoring, and analysis of inventory accounts, project analysis, and other reports.

·        Develop and maintain accurate records of all costs associated with importation and production, including landed cost, labor, and overhead.

·        Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the ERP System.

·        Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile general ledger accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.

·        Perform account reconciliations, prepare journal entries, accruals, and assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.

·        Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts, including inventory, fixed assets, and other balance sheet accounts as assigned.

·        Support inventory reconciliation activities and collaborate with internal stakeholders during stock counts, cycle counts, and audit procedures.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

·        Recommend and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and procedures.

·        Other corporate accounting duties.

Minimum Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is a plus. 
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the same capacity. 
• Tech-savvy and proficient in various accounting software or ERP systems, embracing automation and process improvements. 
• Self-starter; excellent attention to detail and accuracy. 
• With good moral character and a good team player.
