Accounting Staff

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Bank & Treasury Operations

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and promptly resolve discrepancies.

• Accurately record all treasury transactions within the accounting system.

2. Disbursements & Payables

• Monitor payable due dates to ensure timely payments to suppliers and service providers.

• Prepare checks, bank transfers, and process other payment transactions.

• Manage the processing, checking, and encoding of petty cash.

3. Documentation & Administration

• Handle the filing and safe preparation of corporate accounting forms.

• Oversee the safe releasing and formal turnover of checks.

• Perform other accounting and treasury duties assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Graduate of BS Accounting, Financial Management, or any related business degree.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are highly welcome to apply!
• Technical Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Key Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous with data. Self-driven, highly motivated, and proactive. Flexible and willing to render overtime when operational needs arise.

SALARY & COMPENSATION

• Total Compensation Package: ₱23,490+
• Basic Salary: ₱15,290
• Meal Allowance: ₱2,200
• Service Charge (SC): Estimated ₱6,000
• Plus: Additional allowances depending on relevant experience

WORK SCHEDULE

• Days: Monday – Friday
• Time: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Note: Saturdays and overtime as needed
• Location: Head Office – Pasay Cit
