About the role

We are seeking a warm, organized, and polished Restaurant Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will set the tone for an exceptional dining experience by warmly greeting patrons, managing table reservations, and coordinating seamlessly with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome arriving guests with a friendly, hospitable demeanor, manage waitlists during peak hours, and assist diners to their tables.
• Handle phone, online, and walk-in reservations accurately using the booking system.
• Address guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism and care.
• Communicate efficiently with floor managers, servers, and kitchen staff regarding seating flow and special dietary needs or celebrations.
• Ensure the reception area remains clean, welcoming, and organized throughout service hours.

About you

• Completion of at least two years of college education or a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a receptionist, host/hostess, or guest relations officer in a restaurant, hotel, or upscale hospitality setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a naturally warm and engaging personality, and poise under pressure during peak service times.
• Fluent in English and Filipino/Bisaya, with clear and polite phone etiquette.
