- Customer Service: Ensure excellent service, handle complaints, resolve issues, and build customer loyalty.
- Inventory & Merchandising: Monitor stock levels, order merchandise, manage replenishment, and oversee attractive product displays.
- Operations: Oversee daily store functions, manage cash handling, prepare sales reports, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Performance: Monitor sales, implement promotions, identify improvement areas, and help achieve sales targets.
