Description
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure efficient food preparation.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and address any concerns.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of inventory management
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Pleasing personality and strong interpersonal skills
