Description
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Process orders, forms, and applications as needed.
- Provide support and guidance on product use and services.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills

- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle customer inquiries
