We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our ANZ & Domestic Voice Account. The role involves assisting customers with their inquiries, concerns, and service requests while providing professional and efficient support through phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
• Assist customers with account, product, billing, or service-related concerns.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions based on company procedures.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Verify customer information and update records when necessary.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Follow company policies, security procedures, and quality standards.
• Meet required customer service, quality, productivity, and attendance metrics.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate, depending on account requirements.
• With or without BPO experience may be considered.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate and willing to learn new systems.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work on-site.
