- Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and feedback.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English language; strong customer service skills; experience in a call center environment is a plus.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills; empathetic and patient personality; strong problem-solving skills.
