- Work as interpreter between Japanese Managers and Filipino workers
- Relay the information from Japanese Leaders to Filipino employees
- Attend meetings to discuss company systems with workers
- Visit the site with Japanese Managers to coordinate with Filipino workers
- Assist and welcome visitors or expats from Japan
- Support production related translation
- Can attend meetings during Japanese business trips
- Help employees with training under Japanese supervision
- Do back office related tasks which need Japanese translation
Requirements:
- Can speak Japanese and Tagalog (English is also needed)
- Must be Filipino who speak Japanese
- Must be JLPT PASSERS only (N3, N2 and N1)
- Open to graduate and undergraduate
- Having experience working in Japan is big advantage
- Having Japanese culture is also a big advantage
- Having experience working as interpreter before is also an advantage
- Can process BIR 2303 and an Authority to Print receipt after acquiring an offer.
