The R&D Supervisor for Documentation will oversee the creation, management, compliance, and analysis of all technical data related to product development. You will act as a bridge between culinary concept and scaled production, ensuring that all standard operating procedures (SOPs), recipe formulations, costing profiles, and regulatory records are meticulously organized and accurate.
- Education: Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years in food manufacturing R&D or technical admin; supervisory experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, product costing, and data management.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and industrial recipe scaling.
- Willing to work on-site in Santolan, Pasig City, and able to start immediately.
