Duties and Responsibilities:

The Data Analyst is responsible for troubleshooting data issues between systems, working with imported and exported data, investigating user reports of data corruption, suggesting changes to Operations and Engineering teams to improve the quality of data; troubleshooting internal and external systems to ensure they work as expected, managing customer data and providing reporting and analytics assistance to Operations and Support team members. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills, experience with various data processing tools, and at least one year of experience as an analysts, database administrator, or similar technical roles. Data Analyst
