We’re looking for an RF Design Lead Engineer to help design, test, and optimize RF systems for wireless communication projects.
What you’ll do:
- Design and optimize RF systems and components
- Perform RF testing, simulation, and troubleshooting
- Analyze performance and recommend improvements
- Support testing, validation, and integration
- Prepare technical reports and work with cross-functional teams
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in ECE, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in RF Design, IBS/DAS, or telecom
- Knowledge of RF principles, LTE/5G/Wi-Fi
- Experience with iBwave or RF simulation tools
- Hands-on RF testing and debugging experience
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
