• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and safety standards.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations.

Experience and Skills:

• 5+ years in warehouse supervisory roles
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)

• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Communication:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective interpersonal skills

Safety and Compliance:

• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and regulations

Education:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
