Job Description
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff management.
- Ensure efficient inventory control and stock management.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and best practices.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive team culture and provide training.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Management, or related field. a
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management or similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Excel, excellent organizational skills, flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, and strong personnel management abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, implement safety protocols, and manage staff performance.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment requiring physical activity and adherence to safety regulations.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong leadership qualities, and effective communication skills.
