We are looking for Logistic Secretary that can start ASAP:
Details:
- Can work on site Makati from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Direct hire and can be regular staff
- With related experience in logistic
- With tattoo is welcome to apply
- Can start ASAP
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Keep track of out stock and stock level
2. Contact with vendors in Philippines and abroad ( checking on statuses of orders and invoices)
3. Track of technical problems in logistics groups and be incharge of coordination with sales staff
4. Track of daily report of kiosk- cleanliness broken.
5. Track of transfer stock and verified sales in crm (make sure they input correctly)
