- Handles daily administrative and clerical tasks to support branch operations.
- Prepares, organizes, and maintains branch records and documents.
- Assists with shipment tracking, data entry, and report preparation.
- Coordinates with drivers, riders, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitors attendance, schedules, and office supplies.
- Responds to customer inquiries and resolves basic concerns.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and maintains accurate branch documentation.
