Description
- Greet and escort customers to their tables.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on specials and menu items.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level:0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies:Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented, hospitality skills, and experience in quick service restaurants
- Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to manage multiple tables and handle customer requests
- Qualities and Traits:Friendly, attentive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Working Conditions:Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
