Greet and escort customers to their tables
Present menu and provide detailed information when asked
Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses
Communicate order details to the Kitchen promptly
Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation
Assist with quality assurance in the Kitchen while keeping customers happy and refreshed
Ensuring the food order is made correctly by the Kitchen Staff and looks presentable
Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area before and after service
Provide excellent customer service at all times, staying attentive to the needs of customers in the dining area
Deliver checks and collect bill payments
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Management

At least a High School Graduate or equivalent vocational course
Have the physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift food trays, racks of cups, and other objects up to 25 kilos unassisted
Critical thinking and time management
At least one (1) year work experience
Have a skill set that allows to work quickly, pay attention to details, and attend to multiple responsibilities at a time while working under pressure
Expert in basic food service technique
Good memory, possess basic math skills
Excellent customer service skills
Have the physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift food trays, racks of cups, and other objects up to 25 kilos unassisted
