Description

  • Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations based on customer preferences
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to hygiene and safety standards
  • Monitor tables, ensuring guests have everything they need throughout their meal
  • Handle payments, process bills, and provide correct change
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism
  • Clear tables and prepare dining areas for the next guests
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure efficient service
