Description
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests at SWNG Golf Lounge, a leading venue in the Sports & Recreation industry.
- Present menus, take orders, and deliver food and beverages promptly ensuring guests have a seamless golfing and dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas while adhering to safety policies.
- Manage transactions and use POS systems accurately.
- Assist with event setups and breakdowns.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high service standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: At least a Diploma in any relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in waitering or any customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Must possess excellent communication skills, be adept at cashiering, and have proven waitering abilities. Strong hospitality skills and customer-oriented approach are required.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Greet and seat guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, ensure customer satisfaction, handle payments, and maintain a clean dining area.
- Working Conditions: Job requires long hours standing, flexibility for shifts including weekends and holidays, and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, patience, ability to work under pressure, team player, and keen attention to detail.
