·       Supervises the waitstaff to maintain high service standards;

·       Addresses any issues that arise during service, fostering a positive work environment and enhancing team efficiency;

·       Handles client’s concerns with professionalism, striving to resolve issues quickly to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

·       Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Head Waiter;

·       With in-depth knowledge and exposure in the food and beverage service;

·       Should be willing to work on extended hours and report on a shifting schedule.
