Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables at The Marison Hotel's in-house restaurants.
Provide menu recommendations and ensure timely service delivery in our fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and promotions to enhance guest experiences.
Manage guest queries in a courteous manner and coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Job Title: Waiter
Educational Qualifications: Minimum bachelor's degree in hospitality or Hotel and Restaurant Management.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in serving or the hospitality industry; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills to interact clearly with customers and staff.
Proven waitering/serving skills with the ability to carry plates and trays proficiently.
Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Customer-oriented with an approachable and friendly demeanor.
Adaptability in a quick-service restaurant environment to provide timely service.
Responsibilities and Duties: Greeting and seating customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.
Taking customer orders accurately and providing menu recommendations when asked.
