- Create visually appealing displays to attract customers and enhance their shopping experience.
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies in alignment with store branding and promotions.
- Collaborate with store management to develop effective layouts and presentation techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust displays based on product availability and seasonal trends.
- Conduct regular assessments of merchandise presentation and implement improvements as necessary.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0-2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
