- Review visa applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct interviews with applicants to assess eligibility and suitability for visa issuance.
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of visa decisions and communications.
- Assist applicants with inquiries related to visa processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a related position.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proficient in using computer systems for record-keeping and communication.
