· Oversee all phases of swine production, including breeding, farrowing, nursery, and finishing.

· Implement and monitor animal health programs, including vaccinations and treatments.

· Manage and supervise farm personnel, including assigning tasks and providing training.

· Maintain farm facilities and equipment, ensuring proper operation and repairs.

· Monitor and control farm budgets and expenses.

· Ensure compliance with biosecurity protocols and animal welfare standards.

· Maintain accurate records of production, health, and inventory.

· Coordinate with veterinarians, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

· Prepare and present reports on farm performance.

• Graduate of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
• With license as veterinarian
• Proven experience in swine farm management.
• Strong knowledge of swine production practices and animal husbandry.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of biosecurity and food safety regulations
